Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to help oversee daily kitchen operations and uphold high culinary standards. You will supervise staff, ensure consistent food quality and presentation, and monitor inventory and hygiene throughout service.

The role requires strong leadership, professional restaurant experience, and a solid understanding of food safety. This position offers a 5-day work week and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Experience within professional restaurant environments.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
