A hospitality recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Cook / Junior Sous Chef to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook dishes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure hygiene standards. Candidates with no prior experience will receive on-the-job training. This role offers a salary of up to $3,100 (Gross).

Qualifications

Cook / Junior Sous Chef

Salary: Up to $3,000 – $3,100 (Gross) Includes AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: 7.33 hours between 5am - 6pm (Taxi claimable)

  • Aljunied, Henderson (Central)
  • Queenstown (West)
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu and recipes
  • Sort, store, and distribute ingredients efficiently
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
  • Overtime may be required (with OT pay)
  • Training provided for applicants with no prior experience (On-the-Job Training)
  • Applicants without Food Hygiene Certificate will be sponsored
