Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and update menus to ensure variety, quality, and nutritional balance.
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistent standards.
  • Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient ordering to prevent shortages.
  • Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams on delivery schedules and last‑minute orders.
  • Handle kitchen‑related issues, including staff conflicts and equipment breakdowns.
  • Mentor junior chefs and ensure all team members follow company SOPs and hygiene practices.
Job Requirements
  • 2–3 years of working experience in Chinese cuisine / Western Cuisine
  • Comfortable with overtime, especially during Chinese New Year and 7th Ghost Month
