Kitchen Chef Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Support development of new menu items or recipes under the guidance of the chef.
- Assist in kitchen operations, including shift and weekend duties.
- Handle your assigned kitchen station, including food prep, cooking, and plating, making sure every dish meets quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Work closely with other chefs and team members to keep kitchen operations smooth and efficient.
- Keep track of ingredients and supplies, report shortages, and help reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation, guide junior staff, and assist with special events or menu changes when needed.
Service Crew Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.
Barista Responsibilities

Requirements
- Relevant experience preferred (minimum 1–3 years for Chef roles)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
