Job description
Kitchen Chef Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Support development of new menu items or recipes under the guidance of the chef.
  • Assist in kitchen operations, including shift and weekend duties.
  • Handle your assigned kitchen station, including food prep, cooking, and plating, making sure every dish meets quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Work closely with other chefs and team members to keep kitchen operations smooth and efficient.
  • Keep track of ingredients and supplies, report shortages, and help reduce waste.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation, guide junior staff, and assist with special events or menu changes when needed.
Service Crew Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
  • Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.
Barista Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
  • Perform shift and weekend duties as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience preferred (minimum 1–3 years for Chef roles)
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
