About Our Client

Our client is a well-established bakery brand expanding into Singapore, celebrated for its quality and reputation across Southeast Asia. They are looking for passionate and dedicated culinary professionals to join their growing team and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high standards.

Monitor food quality, consistency, and portion control.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Work closely with the team to ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable role within a professional kitchen.

Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong team management skills.

Solid understanding of culinary techniques and overall kitchen operations.

Capable of performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
