A local culinary establishment in Singapore is seeking a skilled culinary professional to assist with menu planning and maintain high food quality standards. The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in Modern Chinese cuisine, excellent culinary knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role requires flexibility in work hours and a good understanding of HACCP principles.
This position will report to the Restaurant Executive Chef.
The working location is within walking distance from Bras Basah MRT station and City Hall MRT station.
