Job summary
A prominent hotel in Singapore is seeking a culinary team member to support the Executive Chef in daily operations and assist with food preparation. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, is customer-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role may involve rotating shifts and working on weekends.

Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef and the team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist Chefs with creation and preparation of cuisine in our Local / Western Kitchen.
- Check that the quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored properly.
- Requisition all food items from the stores for functions as required.
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment and guide culinary colleagues.
- Work closely and cooperate with other chefs and team members.
Responsibilities
