Duty Responsibilities
- Assist Head Chef : You will assist the Head chef in all task in managing a Kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and junior staff management.
- Cuisine Experience : Indian, South East Asian, Continental, Mediterranean and Italian cuisines with a proven ability to manage diverse menus including Indian curries, Japanese and South-East Asian, American Grills & Steak, Italian Pastas and Tapas.
- Cost Control & Inventory Management: Assist the Head Chef in Managing kitchen budgets, controlling food costs, and maintaining inventory to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Culinary Innovation & Quality Assurance: Assist the Head Chef in Driving the restaurant's culinary direction, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency across Western, Mediterranean, and Indian cuisines.
- Cross-Group Deployment: Assist the Head Chef in Leading and supporting culinary operations for events and catering across the Jayleen Group's other properties, including its boutique hotels.
