  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Plan menus, develop new dishes, and ensure consistency across all food items.
  • Monitor food inventory, control costs, and assist with ingredient purchasing.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants to improve skills and efficiency.
  • Support the Head Chef in managing workflow and resolving operational issues.
