Born as a hole-in-the-wall bakery in Canggu, Bali, Starter Lab quickly became a destination for lovers of handcrafted sourdough. In Singapore, we’ve built a community that embraces our philosophy: slow fermentation, wild yeast, natural ingredients — and time.
We are now looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated Bakers to join us at our production bakery in Tai Seng, where the magic of Singapore’s best sourdough is made daily.
If you love wholesome food, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of an artisanal baking team, we want to meet you.
✅ At least 1 year of professional baking or pastry experience, OR 2 years of culinary experience.
✅ Professional, positive attitude — a can-do spirit!
✅ Deep passion for baking and genuine curiosity to learn.
✅ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
✅ Some experience working with sourdough is preferred — if not, we’ll train you if you’ve got the passion!
