UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LIMITED is seeking a Source of Wealth (SOW) Reviewer in Middle Office Anti Money Laundering Controls in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring KYC reviews align with policies and controls, assessing AML/CFT risk, and guiding a team to maintain high review quality.

The candidate should have 1–2 years AML/KYC experience, strong communication, and the ability to engage multiple parties. This is a 1-year contract position based in Singapore with career growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in AML/KYC subject area with a Bank
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and multi-parties engagement expected
• Self-starter and team player

Responsibilities

• Ensure all KYC reviews comply with bank policies, procedures and controls
• Assess AML/CFT risk and recommend actions to mitigate risk
• Follow up with front liners on updated KYC information for each AML review
• Guide and review team members’ KYC reviews to ensure quality
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of reviews
• Assess transaction reports for money laundering risks and make recommendations on account relationships
• Assess materiality of adverse news
