About us

Ce Soir is a contemporary fine dining concept in Singapore, offering a refined, intimate experience with beautifully curated menus and an exceptional wine programme.

We are looking for a Part-Time Sommelier to join our team, with flexible hours daily from 5pm to 10pm. If you are passionate about wine and love sharing that passion with guests in a warm, elegant setting, we would love to hear from you.

Job Scope
  • Recommend and serve wines to guests, ensuring excellent wine pairing with the menu.
  • Perform wine service including proper opening, decanting, and maintaining service standards.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing the wine cellar and wine display.
  • Monitor wine inventory and report low stock levels when necessary.
  • Support the front-of-house team during service and assist with guest interactions.
  • Stay updated on the wine list, participate in staff tastings, and maintain strong product knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in wine service, preferably in fine dining.
  • WSET Level 3 or equivalent wine knowledge preferred.
  • Confident, well-spoken, and able to engage guests professionally.
  • Passionate about wine and providing quality guest experiences.
  • Able to work dinner shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
