Job Introduction With headquarters in Vienna the Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. , manage sales and customer service activities for our clients and partners in the Asian regional sales unit, working closely with Frequentis headquarters. Our team primarily focuses on our strengths in Air Traffic Management and Defence accounts, with Maritime and Public Safety being developed as new and exciting growth sectors.Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Solutions Consultant provides technical support to the regional sales team in relation to the OneATM Air Traffic Management (ATM) tower automation business. With deep product knowledge and a sound understanding of Asian business practices and culture, you will provide demonstrations, develop presentations, and propose solutions to solve customer problems.

Key Tasks
  • Technical Expertise : to provide technical support and produce technical documentation.
  • Communication / Presentation : conducting customer meetings, and product / service demonstrations including preparing presentation materials.
  • Industry Knowledge : Participation in industry forums and market research.
  • Project Management : Ensuring timely submission of tenders and proposals.
  • Market Intelligence : Ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency at commercially competitive conditions.
  • Bid Management : supporting the preparation and timely submission of bids, tenders, and proposals.
  • Compliance : Adhering to Quality and Safety Management Systems.
  • Budget Management : Operating within financial constraints.
Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or similar, or relevant work experience in an equivalent technical discipline with demonstrated sales support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Air Traffic Management, Airports, Surveillance, or other safety-critical sectors within the aviation industry.
  • Demonstrated engineering experience in a similar role including pre-sales, technical sales or solutions consulting.
  • Demonstrated skills in hosting and presenting technical workshops and demonstrations.
  • Proficient in English and additional Asian language.
  • Flexibility and openness to extensive travel within the Asian region and further abroad.
