Roles & Responsibilities

Competent and experienced in managing larger program from initial proposal through production implementation, a strategic thinker with solution-based approach for exceeding customer satisfaction on any program.

Can implement major programs like Credit Platform Uplift, Fenergo for Client Life Cycle & Management, Private Wealth Banking Applications as digitized solution, FINACLE for core banking etc.

Well-versed in leveraging cross-functional IT, Agile, and QA teams to complete project deliverables on time and within budget.

Highly motivated and experienced as Lead Business Analyst by gathering the business requirements, facilitating the workshops, addressing the solution design gaps in alignment with new Target operating model for creating the functional specifications, user stories and product backlogs, managing Product Consultants and BA teams.

To develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for development.

Experience in Project Management and accountable for Project engagement and Delivery.

Having a deep knowledge and understanding of the modules and features of Fenergo product and Client Life Cycle Management processes from Prospect creation, Entity Management, Client Onboarding, Client Review and Maintenance, Client Offboarding along with KYC, Client Due Diligence, Client Risk Assessment, AML, Identification and Data Verification (ID & V), Screening, Tax and Regulatory processes like FATCA, CRS, MIFID, EMIR, ESRA, EAF, Agency Onboarding, Accelerated Onboarding, Fund Management, Review & Approval workflow.

Proficient in Banking applications like Credit Grading and Excess & Past Due Monitoring, Fenergo, Client Central, FINACLE, Workbench, GNS-Detica, Wealth Management System, Digital Wealth system, Loan management, Card Exception Processing system & Card Management Applications for MasterCard, Payment processing, eCDD+ etc.

Good experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking, Commercial Banking, Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Core banking, Wealth Management & Advisory, Card processing & management, Insurance, Loan Life cycle, CASA, Channels and Payments.

Successful in managing testing engagements and deliveries and capable of managing multiple projects and releases in multiple countries to consistently achieve targeted results.

Worked on Agile Scrum projects involving Agile Methodology as Scrum Master and other testing models by fostering an effective & productive working environment through Scrum values, principles and practices.

To work with clients and contributed for business development and promoted client relationship and satisfaction.

Utilized a combination of business knowledge, technical skills, and strategic analysis to provide solutions and creative insights to critical business problems.

Customer oriented, multitask professional with excellent communication, analytical and logical skills and collaboratively interacted with various project stakeholders to resolve any impediments.

Engage in War-Room Command Centre for post Go-Live warranty endurance of major releases in multi-countries and global implementations of Banking projects.
