Job description
Role Summary

We are seeking a Solution Product Manager to bridge Business Development and Product Engineering for our Card-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform.
You will design and deliver partner solutions that leverage our card issuance, wallet, and payment infrastructure— ensuring each integration is commercially viable, technically scalable, and compliant by design.

You will play a key role in enabling banks, fintechs, and enterprise partners to launch card and wallet products through our API and SDK ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
  • Work closely with BD teams to understand partner business models and technical needs
  • Translate requirements into standardized CaaS integration proposals (API / SDK / white-label / Portal)
  • Produce comprehensive Partner Solution Documents covering capabilities, data flows, KYC, settlement, and compliance design
  • Assess feasibility and resource impact for non-standard requests, defining clear product boundaries.
Integration & Onboarding
  • Act as the primary product interface for partner engineering teams
  • Coordinate internally with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Ops to deliver smooth integrations
  • Prepare Integration Guides, UAT Checklists, and Go-Live Plans
  • Track partner onboarding, testing, and production rollout.
Productization & Feedback Loop
  • Aggregate partner feedback and surface common requirements to core product roadmap
  • Drive productization and modularization of solutions for scalability
  • Contribute to API documentation, developer portal content, and sandbox improvements.
Internal Collaboration & Enablement
  • Define structured handover between BD, Product, Implementation, and Support teams
  • Maintain internal knowledge base, FAQs, and playbooks
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for BD and Partner Success teams on product capabilities
Requirements
Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales;
  • Strong understanding of one or more areas:
  • Card Issuance / BIN Sponsorship / Wallet Infrastructure
  • Payment Processing / Settlement / FX / Compliance
  • Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or Fintech API platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret API documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written English
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with card networks (Visa / Mastercard), banks, or payment institutions
  • Familiarity with ISO8583, PCI-DSS, KYC/KYB standards
  • Experience managing UAT or partner onboarding
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience in fast-paced Fintech environments.
