A technology leader in security solutions is seeking a creative and strategic Solution Marketing Manager to join their APAC Marketing team. This role involves defining the value of integrated solutions, leading go-to-market planning, and developing compelling campaigns. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of B2B marketing experience in technology, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the APAC market.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Solution Marketing Manager to join our APAC Marketing team. In this role, you’ll connect Axis technologies — video, audio, access control, analytics, cloud and AI — to real customer value across industries. You will drive go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaigns that strengthen brand preference and solution adoption across the region.

What you’ll do
Solution Strategy & Positioning:
Define and communicate the value of Axis’ integrated solutions across focus areas (Security, Safety, Operational Efficiency, Business Intelligence).
Translate technical capabilities into customer benefits and business outcomes. Align regional solution messaging with global priorities and adapt to local market needs.

Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead go-to-market planning for new solution launches and strategic focus areas.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Development, and Regional Field Marketing to ensure cross-functional readiness.
Develop messaging frameworks, launch toolkits, and enablement assets that help sales and partners communicate solution value.
Campaign & Content Development
Create and execute integrated campaigns that highlight Axis’ solution stories through customer success, data insights, and use-case narratives.
Develop marketing collateral (videos, presentations, case studies, whitepapers) and work with Demand Generation to scale through digital and social channels.
Partner & Field Enablement
Support partners and regional teams with solution-specific training, playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
Align with Axis Academy, Experience Centers, and partner programs to enhance solution storytelling and experiential marketing.
Market & Customer Insight
Monitor market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings.
Use insights to refine Axis’ solution positioning and identify new growth opportunities.
We Believe You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology, IT, or security sectors.
Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, solution marketing, or integrated campaign management especially in cloud based solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technology into simple, compelling narratives and clear business values.
Confident presenter and storyteller— able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled at tailoring messages for partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Experience working cross-functionally in a regional or global matrix organisation, whilst effectively engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders and executives.
Familiar with the APAC region and working across a multi-cultural organisation.
