Job summary

Job description
Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to support the ongoing development and operations of our supply chain planning with focus on the “E2E Planning System” platform. The role will be instrumental in enhancing system capabilities, addressing day-to-day functional and technical inquiries and proactively driving end-user system adoption and trainings globally. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of our digital planning ecosystem and related processes.

Role Responsibilities:
A. Design & Solution Development
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional requirements
  • Participate in design workshops and translate business needs into configuration and process solutions
  • Support the development of technical and solution architecture
  • Configure E2E Planning System including user interfaces, dashboards, solver setup, data models, rules, measures, and dimensions
  • Create and maintain system documentation and configuration logs
  • Support data modeling, dataset preparation, and configuration of planning workflows
  • Develop and execute test cases for new features, enhancements, and fixes
  • Document test results, track issues, and support resolution before deployment
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and go-live activities
B. Change Management & Training
  • Proactively engage with operational teams to understand their day-to-day challenges in E2E planning and drive the adoption of system usage by providing guidance and best practices
  • Understand the interdependencies and restrictions of the E2E Planning System in the overall system architecture (e.g., ERP, SWB scheduling tool, production planning tools etc.) and be the driver for process and system changes to improve planning quality and usability
  • Create and conduct trainings of Super Users and End Users on E2E Planning System functionalities and correct usage in consideration of dependent systems and processes
C. Issue Resolution & Operational Support
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, configuration errors, and data inconsistencies
  • Act as the first point of contact for superusers and business units for system-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with E2E Planning System CS support and internal IT teams to address and elevate complex issues
D. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze SCM datasets (sales, inventory, logistics, etc.) to identify patterns and provide business insights
  • Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to support scenario planning and decision‑making
Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • Business fluent English (both written and spoken) as the role involves interaction with stakeholders globally
  • Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with an E2E planning system, data model design, and planning workflows
  • Experience with other supply chain planning tools and/or ERP / APS implementation preferred; experience in o9 Supply Planning System (Supply Planning Module) will be highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with statistical, optimization, and simulation techniques is desirable
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Experience using project and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred
  • Proficient in IBPL, SQL or similar query languages and basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Statistical, optimization and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good facilitation and presentation skills; ability to utilize different communication tools to bring ideas across team members and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to system quality and data integrity
