Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a seasoned IT Solution Architect/Technical Lead to spearhead deployment and technical solutioning of our product suite on Salesforce and MuleSoft in Singapore. You will lead development efforts, oversee architectural decisions, and drive best practices across teams.

Key qualifications include deep Salesforce/Mulesoft expertise, strong leadership, agile delivery, and experience with AWS, DevOps, and data governance.

Qualifications

Diploma with at least five years of IT Solution Architect cum Technical Lead experience.
Experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
Experience in multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, etc).
Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead Proof-Of-Concept solutioning for new technologies.
Overall Technical Lead for the product and deployment tasks.
System administrator for development tools in sandbox (Salesforce & MuleSoft).
Provide Salesforce/MuleSoft/AWS expertise and guidance during technical solutioning discussions.
Advise on enhancements related to product suite.
Support onboarding of new features and enhancements in new versions.
Gather requirements from product team and translate to technical solutions.
Oversee reduction of technical debt and set code review standards.
