Job summary

LYNEER CORP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define end-to-end architecture for banking product platforms across payments, deposits, lending, treasury and customer servicing.

You will design scalable, cloud-ready solutions using Java, Spring and microservices; drive modernization initiatives; and mentor teams while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for banking product platforms supporting payments, deposits, lending, treasury, and customer servicing.
• Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Lead modernization initiatives from monolithic applications to cloud-ready and API-driven architectures.
• Architect enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel, IBM MQ, Kafka, and REST APIs.
• Design event-driven architectures supporting real-time banking transactions and processing.
• Define resiliency frameworks using Resilience4j to ensure uninterrupted banking services.
• Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, and governance practices.
• Drive API strategy and integration frameworks for internal and external banking systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, Security Teams, and Client Banks.
• Conduct architecture reviews, production readiness reviews, and performance assessments.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams on modern architecture patterns and best practices.
