Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect with extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Banking, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, enterprise modernization, and AI-led digital transformation for large-scale BFSI clients. This role requires a strong background in cloud architecture, security frameworks, and partnering with C-level stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable architectures for BFSI digital transformation projects.
• Architect Gen AI and LLM-based conversational platforms leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to define digital and AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Drive pre-sales and RFP activities, including solution design, feasibility studies, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO, and cybersecurity best practices, leading risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Define and optimize cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevSecOps practices for consistent software delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering, security, and product teams to ensure architectural integrity and scalability.
• Support AI SaaS platform scaling and real-time analytics integration using Elasticsearch and modern data architectures.
• Champion innovation in digital experience, leveraging prompt engineering, guardrails, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
