Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Solution Architect to lead complex projects within Banking and Financial Services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Wealth, Digital, and Investment banking sectors, with strong capabilities in designing and implementing robust process improvements and strategic transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement next-generation architecture for banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and migration of legacy systems.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in project delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, interpreting business requirements and translating them into scalable and efficient web-based solutions.
- Maintain rigorous risk and cost management practices across various program segments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and audit standards.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Wealth, Digital, and Investment banking sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial markets, lending, wealth management, Agile transformations, and risk management.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Officer within top‑tier financial institutions.
- Proven ability to manage projects with multimillion‑dollar budgets and cross‑cultural teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile Methodology, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of industry‑standard methodologies like BCBS239, FDSF, FATCA, IFRS, CRS, etc.
