Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and at least 5+ years in architecture roles.

The candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, drive microservices and API strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders across architecture, development, and operations. Experience in Banking/Financial Services is preferred. The role requires strong security governance knowledge and mentoring capabilities for technical teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technology requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs, implementation approaches, and solution blueprints.
• Drive microservices, integration, API, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and governance.
• Support project estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
