We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of solar installation projects. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of solar technologies to contribute to a growing and impactful company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell solar energy products and systems to residential and commercial clients.
    Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
    Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and tender documents tailored to meet customer requirements.
    Conduct site visits to assess client needs, evaluate site suitability, and provide technical support.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solar installation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop detailed project layouts and plans.
    Manage relationships with equipment vendors, contractors, and third-party engineering firms.
    Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Client Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
    Provide post-installation support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams on solar technologies and trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and operation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools.
