Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant safety experience in construction or renewable energy sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full safety compliance at solar project sites and conduct regular inspections.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop control measures.
• Lead safety inductions and site safety briefings.
• Assist in investigation of incidents and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Support planning and execution of emergency drills.
• Prepare and maintain all required safety documentation.
• Liaise with site teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain meticulous safety records and reports.
