Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in solar PV system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and components.
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory effectively.
• Valid Class 3/A driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage structured competency development for the O&M team.
• Oversee spare parts management and procurement planning.
• Inspect work of 3rd party contractors for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end processes and document them.
• Compile daily and monthly performance reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
