Job summary

A leading tech company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Software Tester to ensure the quality of Android, iOS, and web applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of software testing experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include testing, reporting issues, and coordinating with developers. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software and familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 1 year in Android/iOS or server-side testing.
• Familiar with at least one mainstream programming language such as Java, Python, PHP, Golang, or Node.
• Understanding of software testing theory, interface testing, and testing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for functional, performance, and compatibility testing of Android, iOS, and H5 applications;


• Understand product requirements, design test cases, write test reports, and complete testing tasks according to the test plan and process;


• Report, track, and summarize issues, and assist developers in problem identification


• Collect user feedback and conduct follow-up verification


• Candidates with experience in server-side interface testing, performance testing, security testing, automation testing, or other specialized testing will be considered.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Software or related field;


• 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in Android/iOS or server-side testing; experience in testing social applications is a plus;


• Familiar with at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Python, PHP, Golang, Node, etc.;


• Understanding of software testing theory, interface testing, and testing processes;


• Diligent, responsible, patient, with independent judgment and a proactive learning attitude


• Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written expression abilities, and a strong team player.
