Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Testing Analyst for a 12-month renewable contract. The role involves collaborating with business users, ensuring timely delivery of project cycles, and managing testing processes primarily in banking and wealth management. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in testing, with proficiency in UAT and tools like JIRA. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a testing role, especially in platform applications.
• Experience in UAT for digital or client-facing platforms.
• Test automation skills are an added advantage.
• Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria is favorable.
• Background in Banking and wealth management domain is preferred.
• Good working experience using JIRA tool.
• Familiar with agile principles and different development/testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Understand user requirements by collaborating with business users.
• Work with product design teams to plan test scenarios.
• Ensure timely delivery for assigned projects and perform end-to-end testing during UAT.
• Analyze and prioritize defects for technical resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure application performance.
• Communicate open issues and progress to leads.
• Participate in improving testing processes and strategies.
• Support test automation strategy when required.

12 months renewable contract

Job responsibilities:

Platform and integration team

• Work with business users to understand user requirements
• Collaborate closely with our product designed tech teams to understand product design and requirements and new feature specifications to plan test scenarios.
• Ensure timely delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects. Test case creation to perform end to end testing during the UAT phase
• Analyze test. Identify log and prioritize defects to tech for issue resolutions/defects
• Perform regression testing to unsure previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Communicate to product and UAT test lead on open issues and defects, execution and progress
• Participate in improvement of testing processed, tools and methodologies
• Support test automation strategy for the product and platforms UAT as and when required.

Requirement:

• 5 yrs exp in testing role, in platform application
• Exp in UAT digital or client facing platforms
• Test automation added advantage
• Exp in writing user stories with acceptance criteria added advantage
• Exp in Banking and wealth management domain
