Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test objectives and create test plans.
• Execute test cases and log/analyze results for each run.
• Identify, report and document defects to track closures.
• Enhance testing processes and stay updated with industry best practices.
• Serve as escalation point for system issues and conduct second-level investigation.

Job description

• Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases, logging and analyzing of the results for each test case
• Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure
• Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
• Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation
