Job summary

TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. seeks a highly driven System Engineer with a strong background in managing and optimizing complex IT systems.

You will design, implement, and maintain software systems, build CI/CD pipelines, and containerize applications. You will troubleshoot issues, deploy containers with Docker/Podman/Kubernetes, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software system engineering.
• Proficiency in software development, system administration, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Build/Manage CICD pipeline for code quality scans and SAST.
• Build & containerize (React, NodeJS and Spring Boot).
• Deploy and manage containers using Docker, Podman and Kubernetes.

• Develop and maintain documentation for software configurations and procedures.
• Provide Day 1 and Day 2 support for deployments and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Build/Manage CICD pipeline for:
• Code Quality Scan
• SAST
• Build & Containerize (React, NodeJS and Spring Boot applications)
• Dependency Scan
• Dependency Scan (Container)
• Automated Testing
• Generate Deployment files
• Deploy and manage containers using Docker, Podman and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Monitor software performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software configurations and procedures.
• Provide Day 1 and Day 2 support for software deployments and operations.
