Key Deliverables expected for this Role

• Work with cross-functional teams tounderstand data migration requirementsand ensure thorough test coverage.

• Design, develop, and executedata migration scriptsto transfer data to the new system.

• Create test automation tools/scriptsto support non‑functional testing, including performance, load, stress, scalability, and reliability assessments.

• Automate thecollection of test resultsand generate detailed reports on system performance and reliability.

• Continuously enhance test automation processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence toindustry standards and best practicesfornon‑functional testing and data migration.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is required.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a developer, with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such asBash, Perl, or Python

• Hands‑on experiencewith test automation frameworkssuch asSeleniumandJMeter.

• Familiarity withREST APIs,database technologies(e.g., SQL, NoSQL), anddata transformation techniques.
