• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, preferably with PMP Certification.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Government IT process and compliance will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Software team and tester.
• Execute full software development lifecycle.
• Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.
