Job description
Role Summary

We are seeking a Project/Programme Delivery Manager to coordinate and drive the successful delivery of multiple digital solution initiatives. This is a hands‑on delivery management role focused on execution — working closely with project managers, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs.

The role requires familiarity with enterprise solution delivery using native development technologies, low-code platforms, and cloud environments. Experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems is advantageous but not mandatory (training will be provided).

What You’ll Do:
  • Project & Programme Coordination: Manage and track multiple concurrent initiatives under the digital solutions portfolio, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are well controlled.
  • Delivery Execution: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using Agile methodologies.
  • Solution Delivery: Coordinate the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions built on native programming stacks and/or low-code platforms.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure deliverables comply with corporate security, compliance, and governance requirements. Facilitate security reviews, penetration testing, and follow through on remediation.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors to maintain alignment on deliverables and resolve blockers quickly.
  • Documentation & Handover: Facilitate solution walkthroughs, documentation sign‑offs, and smooth knowledge transfer to operations teams.
  • User Engagement: Work with business users to validate requirements, gather feedback, and measure solution adoption.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • With 4 to 8 years of experience coordinating software development projects or programmes.
  • Practical understanding of native development technologies (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks).
  • Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep cross‑functional teams aligned.
  • Experience supporting cloud‑native application delivery or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and enterprise system integration.
  • Experience or willingness to work with low-code platforms such as OutSystems.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance processes.
