Job Description:
As a Domain software O&M Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Client SaaS product, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to optimize software product, enhance system stability, and promote automation in operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of domain software to ensure high availability and stability.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues within domain application, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Help applications developed by company go to production
- Provide governance in application maintenance and software deployment
- Coordinate between product, project, customer for product related issues
- Feedback issues to product teams for better product enablement
- Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
- Build capability as domain SME in both IT and business knowledge. e.g. Energy management/Micro-Grid
- Software deployment and upgrade where necessary
- Write and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and related technical materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years’ experience in Application Maintenance
- Hands-on experience on Linux commands, web debugging skills and issue investigation
- Rich experience on database ( Mysql, Redis, TSDB, etc.)
- VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus.
- Able to handle fast moving technology trend.
- Domain experience is a plus (Renewables, Energy management, Micro-Grid)

- Team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions.

- Chinese speaking and reading would be a big plus.
