Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors seeks a senior architect to lead the CMS and contact centre platform initiatives. You will guide design, integration, and deployment across on‑prem and cloud environments, partnering with project managers and development teams to deliver mission‑critical solutions.

The role demands a hands‑on architectural mindset, strong stakeholder communication, and experience with Genesys Cloud/Engage, SIP/VoIP, and API integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contact centre, enterprise communications, or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong architecture, solution design, and technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIP/VoIP, CTI, IVR, APIs, SDKs, databases, and integration.
• Experience with large-scale CMS deployments and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical governance of CMS/contact centre platforms.
• Define and implement system integrations with CRM, telephony, recording, analytics, databases and other apps.
• Drive CMS deployments, upgrades, migrations, and modernization across on-prem and cloud.
• Serve as technical lead for solution design, capacity planning, HA, DR, and operations readiness.
• Provide expert troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support for complex issues.
• Engage stakeholders, run technical workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Support tender bids, technical proposals, project planning, governance, and vendor management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, automation and analytics to enhance CMS capabilities.

You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Public Security sector, responsible for architecting and delivering mission‑critical Command and Control Management Systems (CMS). Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Managers and development teams, you will lead the design, integration, testing and deployment of secure, scalable and reliable software solutions as part of large‑scale project implementations.

• Define and implement system integrations with CRM, telephony, recording, analytics, databases, and other enterprise applications
• Drive CMS platform deployment, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives across on‑premise and cloud environments
• Serve as the technical lead for solution design, capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness
• Provide expert‑level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support for complex system and integration issues
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Support tender bids, technical proposals, project planning, implementation governance, and vendor management activities
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics, to enhance CMS capabilities and operational efficiency

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contact centre, enterprise communications, or customer engagement platforms, with experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Strong expertise in enterprise CMS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, and related omni channel technologies
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, platform upgrades, cloud migration, and large‑scale transformation projects
• Hands‑on knowledge of SIP/VoIP, CTI, IVR, APIs, SDK development, databases, virtualization, and enterprise application integration
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support capabilities for mission‑critical systems
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and engage senior customers
• Experience in public safety, government, financial services, or other highly available mission‑critical environments is highly desirable
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
