Responsibilities

Debug Technician

• Support engineers in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting server and rack products.
• Set up and maintain PXE server configurations, burn‑in, and power test processes.
• Analyze product failures and collaborate with engineers on corrective actions.
• Update test programs, records, and work instructions; conduct training for production teams.
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production runs.
• Participate in Kaizen and ISO activities to improve process efficiency and quality standards.

Process Technician

• Support engineers in improving and maintaining efficient production processes.
• Develop and update process workflows and work instructions.
• Conduct training for production staff on process standards.
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production activities.
• Participate in Kaizen and ISO improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Knowledge in Linux programming, Quartues II, Tinker Cad, Phyton, C++ would be advantageous
• Comfortable with shift pattern
