Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer (fresh grads welcome) to join our team. You will help design and build web applications, backend services, and APIs using modern technologies while working in an Agile environment. This role offers hands‑on learning, real project exposure, and strong growth opportunities in full‑stack development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and backend services using Java and JavaScript frameworks.
• Build high‑performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Create clean, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality features.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps workflows using Docker and automation tools.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of hands‑on experience in software development (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong programming foundation in Java and JavaScript; familiarity with Spring Boot, Node.js, and React.js is a plus.
• Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to Docker, Elasticsearch, and DevOps concepts is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Solid understanding of system design, API development, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools, or infrastructure‑as‑code technologies.
