You’ll collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, write production-ready code, review designs, and learn quickly using the latest AI tooling to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in computer science and related discipline.
• Experience programming through side projects or coursework.
• Previous internships or multi-person projects with mentorship feedback.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems via independent research.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development while applying critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a real member of the team; participate in discussions and design processes.
• Write production software with meaningful impact to Stripe’s business and users.
• Provide and receive feedback through code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate feedback.
• Learn quickly by asking questions and communicating status effectively, using AI tooling.
