Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a passionate software engineering intern for H1 2027 (Jan - Jul 2027) in Singapore. You will contribute to the ideation, design, implementation and testing of product features while learning from a diverse engineering team in a fast-growing startup.

You'll build scalable REST APIs, follow solid architecture, collaborate with product, data and design, and gain hands-on experience shaping the ShopBack experience across e-commerce, rewards and payments.

Qualifications

• Computer Science or related major
• Constantly curious, always looking to learn new technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication ability and desire to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
• AI Competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
