Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years applied experience in front-end development with React.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building high-performance desktop/web applications.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Willingness and ability to understand and contribute across the full application stack.
• Passion for interactive design and a clear understanding of UX methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders using Figma's prototyping to ensure seamless translation from design to development.
• Design and test high-quality React UI components and Spring Boot APIs with both internal and open-source libraries.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building high-performance desktop/web applications
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Willingness and ability to understand and contribute across the full application stack
• Passion for interactive design and a clear understanding of UX methodologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with CSS frameworks and component libraries (for example Tailwind CSS, Material UI) and demonstrated ability to implement custom components from library or design system documentation
• Experience with design tools such as Figma
