ROLE SUMMARY

The Software Engineer, Full Stack will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s core user-facing web application. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives in collaborative environments, embraces continuous improvement, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure to enable context-aware orchestration and tool use for LLMs and autonomous AI agents
• Work in a team of Software Engineers to develop and maintain a core user facing web application.
• Work with DevOps engineers and the cloud team to deploy changes to production.
• Contribute to team responsibilities such as code reviews, design review, planning, and issue resolution.
• Work under the direction of the product owner and technical lead.
• Research technical solutions to novel problems.
• Present solutions to stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in full stack web development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in modern development frameworks and programming languages (e.g., React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
