Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop and support data-processing solutions for banking applications.

You will work with IBM DataStage, Informatica, Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX/Shell scripting and CI/CD tools to build reliable ETL workflows and ensure data integration across enterprise systems. The role involves reviewing code, deploying components across environments, and supporting Moody's RCO/RAY/RFO and regulatory data processing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in software development, ETL and data integration.
• Hands-on with IBM DataStage and/or Informatica.
• Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Control-M or enterprise job scheduling tools.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git and CI/CD.
• Banking domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Moody's RCO, RAY or RFO is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LCR, ALM or IRRBB is an advantage.
