What You’ll Do

• Engineer the Exchange: Design, code, and implement robust IT solutions for a digital exchange, including APIs and smart contracts that connect financial institutions and blockchain networks.
• Drive Quality: Lead the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices, regulatory compliance, and high test coverage across complex system integrations.
• Vendor Leadership: Manage multiple vendors, monitor performance, and ensure top-notch service delivery aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Test & Deliver: Prepare and execute user acceptance, non-functional, and industry-wide tests to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Document & Communicate: Maintain clear documentation of functional specs, project plans, system architecture, and database design.
• Project Management: Track progress, manage risks and milestones, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven expertise in vendor management, IT service management (ITSM), and structured testing methodologies.
• Passion for blockchain, securities trading, and digital assets—experience in these areas is a big plus!
• Strong development skills in Go, Python, Node.js, Java, React, or Angular, especially on AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with financial exchange systems, matching engines, and market supervision is a bonus.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and MAS TRM frameworks.
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a collaborative, results‑driven spirit.
