Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore seeks an experienced Software Engineer to handle technical requirements for project implementation. Responsibilities include researching, designing, and managing software programs, developing contact center applications, and maintaining existing systems. Candidates should have knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with web technologies like Angular and REST APIs. Fresh graduates may also apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Microsoft SQL, and .NET.
• Familiarity with web applications: Angular, HTML, CSS, MVC, and REST APIs.
• Experience in SDLC Project Delivery, Spring & Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
• Develop applications for contact centres.
• Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications.
• Install and maintain ICT solutions in networking and contact center settings.
• Train users.
• Support network infrastructure and operational practices.
