Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in C# and .NET technologies (WinForms, WPF), with MVVM experience.
• Strong understanding of multithreading and real-time systems.
• Experience with industrial systems such as PLCs, automation equipment, or hardware interfaces.
• Familiar with communication protocols (serial, Ethernet, industrial bus systems).
• Experience with data acquisition, system integration, or control systems is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Git.
• Open to occasional international travel for training and project collaboration.
