PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a versatile Senior FullStack Engineer in Singapore. You will own end-to-end features, from backend data models to polished frontend interfaces, while acting as 2IC to the TechLead and stepping up as acting Technical Lead during absences.

You will drive architecture, data pipelines, and cloud deployments, mentoring teammates and aligning with GTM readiness for regulatory processing systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with both frontend and backend exposure.
• Experience building secure, scalable backend APIs and data models.
• Strong frontend skills with component-based UI (React) and responsive design.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (GCC+-style compliance is a plus).
• Ability to mentor juniors and lead ceremonies or architectural streams.

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, high‑agency Senior FullStack Engineer who is equally comfortable building robust backend systems and shipping polished frontend work. In this role, you aren't just closing tickets; you are a key technical driver for a lean, high‑performing squad building regulatory application processing systems. You will act as the Second‑in‑Command (2IC) to the TechLead. This means on most days you will own features end‑to‑end, but during planned absences, you will step up as the acting Technical Lead, run stand‑ups, unblock the team, and serve as the primary escalation point. This role is a massive growth runway for an engineer looking to step into formal technical leadership.

What You Will Do

• End‑to‑End Delivery: Own features from backend data models through to polished user‑facing frontend interfaces, collaborating closely with our Lead PM and Designer.
• Architecture & Integration: Build and maintain secure backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and orchestrate complex data pipelines supporting approximately 15 critical system integrations.
• Cloud & DevOps: Drive infrastructure setup on GCC+, managing your features through the entire lifecycle from development, CI/CD deployment, to monitoring and maintenance.
• Data Migration: Play a core role in architectural discussions and execution around secure data migration strategies.
• Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Support: Ensure smooth product rollouts by driving GTM technical readiness, including thorough technical documentation and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the 2IC to the Tech Lead, provide mentorship to the other software engineer on the squad, conduct rigorous code reviews, and step in to run team rituals and maintain momentum when the Lead is away.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Greater than 7 years of software engineering experience with meaningful, proven exposure to both frontend and backend development.
• Technical Breadth: Solid backend skills (REST APIs, server‑side logic, database design, and complex integration patterns) and competent frontend skills (component‑based UI development like React, responsive design, and basic state management).
• Infrastructure & Environment: DevOps‑literate with practical experience deploying and managing secure workloads, ideally with exposure to GCC+ or similar secure compliance‑heavy cloud architectures.
• Leadership Aptitude: Prior experience stepping into a lead or senior role informally (e.g., mentoring juniors, running agile ceremonies, or owning major architectural streams).
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills; you can explain complex integration or infrastructure challenges to both technical teammates and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mindset: Low‑ego, high‑agency, and collaborative. You care about the squad winning together.
