Job summary

Google is seeking a Software Engineer for AI Engineering Productivity in Singapore. You will apply DevAI tools to automate Google Pay development workflows, improving code context and architecture, while building agent skills and prompts for client-facing features.

You will also push end-to-end QA and bug fixing via AI agents and collaborate with UX to deliver production-ready view code. The role emphasizes mentorship, scalable systems, and collaboration with PM/UX across mobile/frontend

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with AI and agentic development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app or front-end/client development.
• Experience with building systems that scale users globally.
• Experience in working with PM/UX to drive end-to-end features.
• Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with developing machine learning models, launch experiments (A/B Testing), and end-to-end data infra and analytics pipelines.
