Job Responsibility

1. To deliver order management platform enhancements. This include onboarding of new FIX-in/FIX-out client/brokers.
2. Plan, co-ordinate and liaise with users, vendor and the development team on system requirements gathering, documentation and creating/performing user acceptance tests for successful, scalable, and efficient system implementation.
3. Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the project (from scoping to implementation).
4. Work with Production L2/L1 Team to troubleshoot and provide guidance when there are any incidents.
5. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, culture of high-quality standards, and continuous learning.
6. Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.

Required Experience

1. Candidate must equip with basic Equities Trading product knowledge.
2. Familiarity with trade processing/routing experience is an advantage.
3. Agile practice experience is a must
4. Strong expertise in FIX 4.2 / 4.4 protocol, Oracle 19c, Postgres, vbscript, Git, Jenkins is an advantage.
5. Solid understanding of internet and mobile banking concepts, technologies, and best practices.
6. Experience in managing medium to large scale application project from beginning to end, with skills in requirement study and functional/detail design, QA, testing, and software change/version control management is advantageous.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
8. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
9. High sense of ownership of task assigned, deliver applications with high quality and efficiency.
10. Good communication, inter-personnel skills is required.
