Job summary

Visa Hunt in Singapore is seeking a software developer to gather user requirements, define functionality, and develop for a Windows application.

The role covers the full SDLC from planning to testing and deployment, plus creating flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions. You will write clean, testable code in C#/.NET and Python, troubleshoot issues, train users, and provide pre-sales technical support. 5-day work week on-site at Tradehub 21.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM and PLC is a plus.
• Candidates with programming experience even without relevant qualification will be considered.

• Responsible for gathering user requirements, define functionality and develop for window application.
• Responsible for software development life cycle from preliminary stage to testing to final deployment.
• Execute full software development including developing flowcharts, layouts, documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Writing of designed, testable code, specification, and conduct operational feasibility testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate user feedback and upgrade existing systems.
• Conduct application training and handle enquiries for technical issue.
• Pre-sales support for technical enquiries.

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Proficient in C# and .Net Technology
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a team.
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM and PLC will be a plus
• Applicant who does not have relevant qualification but have expereince doing programming will be considered.
