Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Operations Technology team. This isn’t just another backend role—you’ll be building the critical backbone that connects all product lines and internal systems. Your work will directly shape how our business runs at scale. You’ll get to design and own systems that cut across multiple domains, solve complex data and integration challenges, and bring efficiency and intelligence to our operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role where your code will directly power the company’s growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core backend services and internal product lines.
• Design scalable APIs that connect multiple systems and enable seamless data and workflow integration.
• Develop smart reporting systems for reconciliation, forecasting, and risk analysis that help drive strategic decisions.
• Automate and optimize processes to replace manual work with reliable, scalable solutions.
• Work across tech stacks: bridge legacy systems with Java while building modern, scalable services in Python.
• Integrate with third-party platforms and APIs, ensuring flexibility and resilience in our ecosystem.
• Shape architecture by applying MVC principles, service-oriented design, and modern best practices.
• Own deployment and reliability by containerizing with Docker and maintaining Unix-based environments.
