Job summary

A leading technology support firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist users, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and resolve system issues. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science and 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Financial modules. Skills in Power BI and Microsoft Azure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience supporting Oracle Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, NM, INV).
• Experience with Oracle System and Software Development Processes.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and Azure is a plus.

Job Function

• Assist and support users with inquiries and concerns
• Prepares and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Investigate all reported issues or errors, initiate amendments, and perform testing to ensure system reliability
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation and user guides
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to gather user requirements and support solution delivery

Education And Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience in providing primary support for Oracle Financial modules with focus on GL, AR, AP, NM and INV
• Experience using Oracle System, Oracle PL/SQLs, Software Development Process and Methodologies
• Basic understanding of Power BI dashboard development, user provisioning, workspace administration and Microsoft Azure cloud will be added advantage
